A tantric breathing meditation
This meditation activates our primary life force energy to dance like a snake and to move up the spine, from the root to the crown chakra. Using breath, movement and sound this practice invites you to loose yourself in bliss and ecstasy. Although coming from Tantra, this play- and joyful meditation can be practiced alone - or shared with a partner, just as you feel like. Later, we will bring this new aliveness to the dance floor to celebrate together with others in oneness.
This meditation is for anyone. It doesn't require any experience in Tantra, nor does it push you out of your comfort zone like tantric practices sometimes do. You can choose whether you want to meditate on your own or with a partner.
